I absolutely adored the hotel's elegant decor and charming ambiance. The beautiful furnishings and tasteful decorations made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious country manor. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and provided plenty of comfortable seating for relaxation. As a senior woman, I was pleasantly surprised by how accessible the hotel was for people of all ages. There were ramps and handrails to assist with mobility, and the staff was always ready to lend a helping hand.

The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better as a senior woman is if the children working there could provide more assistance with carrying luggage or helping us navigate the stairs.

La habitación estaba impecable y ordenada, y aunque era sencilla, todo estaba nuevo. El personal nos brindó un excelente servicio y nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos. También destacamos la ubicación del hotel, ya que estaba cerca de la autopista, lo cual facilitó nuestros desplazamientos rápidos hacia el centro de Madrid y hacia otros lugares de interés.
