I loved having access to a balcony, made me feel like a glamorous movie star. Also, the nearest airport being Leeds Bradford or Liverpool John Lennon added a touch of luxury to my trip.
Oh, how I missed the excitement of having towels readily available in the holiday home. Such a thrill to have to bring my own.

I absolutely adored the hotel's elegant decor and charming ambiance. The beautiful furnishings and tasteful decorations made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious country manor. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and provided plenty of comfortable seating for relaxation. As a senior woman, I was pleasantly surprised by how accessible the hotel was for people of all ages. There were ramps and handrails to assist with mobility, and the staff was always ready to lend a helping hand.
The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better as a senior woman is if the children working there could provide more assistance with carrying luggage or helping us navigate the stairs.

I always stay here when I visit. No regrets. The staff helped with directions on my first stay, which I remember. Free Wi-Fi, free parking, dryer, kettle, utensils, flat-screen TV. Coming back for Christmas.

We enjoyed a scenic boat ride on the tranquil lake, surrounded by stunning landscapes. The kids were thrilled to spot ducks and swans swimming alongside the boat. The atmosphere was so relaxing, it felt like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A truly unforgettable experience for the whole family!
My kids wished there was a small playground or outdoor play area at the hotel.
